Yes, for our Standard customers we offer our standard customer DPA. Enterprise clients will be offered a Master Service Agreement including an SLA and DPA.

If you are a monthly pay-by-credit card user you can cancel at any time. Just bear in mind that we cannot do refunds for annual plans. For Enterprise customers and other than credit card payments other policies apply. Read more about this in our terms.

Mopinion is Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) and is therefore available 24/7. To run our feedback forms on your (mobile) website just implement our Javascript-tag in your HTML-body or in your Tag Management solution (for example, Google Tag Manager).
